Maryam Al-Fartousi

Iraqi journalist, Executive Director of the Al-Yas Foundation for Women’s and Children’s Rights, and President of the Future Journalists Platform.
Maryam holds a Master’s degree in Tourism Geography and has published several works, including Tales of Iron and Walls: Lives Behind Bars. In addition, she has written journalistic reports in the fields of women’s and children’s rights and environmental justice.
