Julnar Ali

Syrian independent journalist and graduate of the Faculty of Media at Damascus University, she specialises in investigative journalism and in-depth reporting on economic and social issues, housing rights, and property-related violations.
Jolnar publishes across various media outlets, including Syria Report, Al-Araby Al-Jadeed, and the Muwatin Media Network. In 2025, she received a special award in Sawt Suri’s 100 Syrian Voices Against Hate Speech competition for her post titled “The Regime Didn’t Bomb Me, and I Am Not Guilty.”
