Basma Mostafa<\/a><\/h3>\n

Basma Mostafa is an exiled Egyptian journalist based in Berlin. With over a decade of experience, she has received both local and international awards for her reporting on state violence and human rights violations. She has been arrested three times due to her work and has led open-source investigations into war crimes in Sudan. Basma currently works as a freelance journalist with German and international media outlets and is a fellow at Reporters Without Borders.<\/p>\n

She is also a co-founder of the Foundation for Law and Democracy Support, a civil society organization based in Berlin that aims to promote the rule of law and democratic principles in Egypt and the region..<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
